Somewhere around 1973, I was watching a Billy Graham Crusade on TV with my mom. I remember watching everyone walk down the aisles to the front.
I asked my mom, “Where is everyone going?” “To heaven,” she replied. “Well, I want to go to heaven too,” I said. I was already reciting Bible verses, attended church every Sunday and knew I loved Jesus. My mom sat down and read me the sinners prayer, and I excepted Christ into my heart. I was 4 years old. How incredible is it that two important people in my life would share this day, 2/21/18. It’s been 45 years since that day when I asked Jesus into my heart. Today is my Mother’s Birthday, and it is also the day Rev. Billy Graham left this earth and touched the hands of Jesus. I have admired this man over the years and I am so grateful he played a part in pointing me to my salvation. Rest Sweetly Rev. Graham @bgea Your LEGACY will live on forever!
